The Standard Subscription is designed for companies that require a minimum monthly service. It is tailored to either small companies with limited budgets, or large companies that want supplemental support. This subscription gives you:
Emergency cases requiring faster resolutions are available on a case by case basis. As with all our subscriptions, we guarantee to have you back up and running as expediently as possible. Off-site solutions are handled by phone or email. If a visit is required, it will be arranged at the earliest time convenient, or required. On-site visits are subject to a minimum 2 hour fee.
- Phone calls - Returned within two hours, Two phone incidents are included, after which a charge of $45.00 applies, and is deducted from any hourly charges incurred.
- On-site visits - Provided as required. Two incidents are included, after which standard charges apply.
- Resolution or Workaround - Provided within 18 to 24 hours, Expedited Resolutions are available
