The Per Incident Subscription is designed for companies that do not require monthly service, and is perfect for one-off incidents that happen from time to time. It includes the following guarantees:
- Phone calls - Returned within two hours
- Resolution or Workaround - Provided within 24 to 48 hours, Expedited Resolutions are available
Off-site solutions are handled by phone or email. If a visit is required, it will be arranged at the earliest time convenient, or required. On-site visits are subject to a minimum 2 hour fee.
