As an Enterprise subscriber, you have unlimited phone calls and on-site service, as well as the following:
Off-site solutions are handled by phone or email. If a visit is required, it will be arranged at the earliest time convenient, or required.
- Phone calls - Unlimited Phone incidents, returned within one hour.
- On-site visits - Unlimited support Calls are Provided as required.
- Resolution or Workaround - Provided within 2 to 4 hours, Expedited Resolutions are available
